A lot of title changes are expected to happen at WWE SummerSlam this year.

The road to one of WWE’s Big Four Events, SummerSlam, is set to culminate in two weeks at the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. The Biggest Party of the Summer is expected to be a huge blockbuster with an impressive match line-up planned for the show.

Furthermore, with five title matches announced for WWE SummerSlam this year, here are the WWE titles that should change hands at WWE‘s upcoming Premium Live Event:

4. WWE Women’s Championship

The winner of the Queen of the Ring tournament, Nia Jax, is set to challenge the current WWE Women’s Champion Bayley for her title at SummerSlam. Witnessing recent events, a title change can happen, with Bayley possibly retaining her title over Jax. However, this would give Money in the Bank contract holder Tiffany Stratton to cash in successfully and win her first major championship at a stage like SummerSlam, solidifying her status as the new top star on SmackDown.

3. WWE United States Championship

After months of pursuit, LA Knight finally got his one-on-one match against Logan Paul for the WWE United States Championship at SummerSlam. In an era of full-time champions, Paul has defended his title only twice in his 250+day reign. This could end at the hands of The Megastar this year at SummerSlam. LA Knight now getting his much-deserving crowning moment with a US title win isn’t an understatement. The event could see LA Knight winning his first major championship amidst his rising popularity with the YEAH movement.

2. WWE Women’s World Championship

The heated rivalry between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley will finally come to blows at WWE SummerSlam when both will collide in a one-on-one showdown for Morgan’s WWE Women’s World Championship. With Rhea looking to reclaim the title she never lost and adding Dominik Mysterio’s allegiance to the fold, it would surely be a must-see match on the card. However, the outcome could see Rhea Ripley taking her revenge and winning back the title to once again lay claim to her dominance on Monday Night RAW and continuing the ongoing saga with Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.

1. World Heavyweight Championship

The Ring General, Gunther, earned his first major World Championship opportunity by winning this year’s King of the Ring tournament. He will step inside the ring against the current World Heavyweight Champion, Damian Priest, in a high-stakes bout. Following Gunther‘s impressive 666-day reign as Intercontinental Champion, SummerSlam is the perfect stage for Gunther’s ascension to the main event, with The Ring General defeating Damian Preist to become the new World Champion.
