WWE might be heading towards a spectacular feud between current partners, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair.

WWE presented its latest international PLE, WWE Clash at the Castle in Scotland, which saw a remarkable response in terms of both fan experience and business numbers for the global juggernaut. However, it seems that the event set the tone for an upcoming feud.

The event saw Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill defend their WWE Women’s tag team championships against the teams of Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn and Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark in a triple threat tag team match. The match was an enthralling encounter between all the talented women involved.

But in the end, Scotland’s own Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn secured the win and became the new WWE Women’s Tag Team champions. The end of the bout was highly disappointing for both Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair, being dethroned by the upstart team in their home field.

But for those who missed it, this could be the early seeds planted by WWE towards a blockbuster feud between the now former WWE Women’s tag team champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill. The fans were close to seeing them collide in a one-on-one showdown during the Queen of the Ring tournament.

However, the company, possibly realising the potential of the epic encounter and dream match for many fans, decided to hold it off. With their recent loss, this could see Belair and Cargill’s losing streak begin as a team, starting with failing to regain the tag team titles and followed by other losses.

The growing animosities and tensions between the two dominant SmackDown powerhouses could finally implode on the road to WWE’s Biggest Party of the Summer, WWE SummerSlam. The event is set to take place on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio.

The build-up to SummerSlam could see the two close friends come to blows, blaming each other for their failure as a team and possibly setting up the dream showdown for a marquee event like SummerSlam. The match has been inevitable since Cargill’s arrival to WWE last year and could become a top-tier attraction for WWE’s Big 4 event.
