Bayley reveals real reason behind shock WWE NXT appearance

‘The Role Model’ recently made an appearance on the Red Brand also

Bayley makes a surprise appearance on WWE NXT’s January 14th program. Roxanne Perez spoke about her future after losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Giulia, reflecting on her championship reign and the women’s division’s progress.

She mourned the division’s sorry state without her, claiming it didn’t deserve her. Bayley interrupted Perez’s discussion about the Four Horsewomen.

Bayley, a former WWE NXT Women’s Champion, encouraged Perez to learn from her setback. Perez responded, claiming she did not want Bayley’s advise, prompting Bayley to point out that Perez had sought her help for years. Tension escalated as Perez said ‘The Role Model’ had previously inspired her, but this was no longer the case. Bayley argued that Perez was locked in her ways while she concentrated on WrestleMania.

But, later on her X, ‘The Role Model’ revealed the real reason behind the surprise appearance.

Has Bayley returned to WWE NXT full-time?

‘The Role Model’ has not re-joined NXT as a full-time superstar. Her visit to the developmental brand was to give the 23-year-old advice on dealing with failure after she lost the NXT Women’s Championship. The former Damage CTRL member also mentioned her forthcoming SmackDown bout against Tiffany Stratton, emphasizing her commitment to the blue brand.

However, the Role Model’s visibility on the developing brand might have serious consequences. She may find herself embroiled in a quarrel with Roxanne Perez after their rough meeting last night. WWE might potentially be utilizing this chance to pave the road for The Prodigy’s main roster call-up, making his participation a strategic one.

Furthermore, the corporation is currently attempting to establish NXT as its third main brand. To build interest, celebrities such as The Rock and CM Punk have previously appeared on the broadcast. Similarly, an appearance by a multi-time Women’s Champion such as ‘The Role Model’ helped WWE generate major media attention for the brand, likely impressing CW officials.
