WWE has witnessed some of the most exciting segments in the first half of this year on RAW & SmackDown.

Ever since the dawn of 2024, WWE has been taking things to the next level with its exceptional business numbers, massive traction and world-class in-ring action by WWE superstars. One notable part of this journey has been the compelling segments that have contributed immensely to their storytelling.

From shocking moments to breathtaking experiences, some WWE segments have captivated fans like no other. Here are the top five WWE segments in the first half of 2024:

5. Jacob Fatu’s shocking debut

The Bloodline, led by Solo Sikoa, was strengthened last week on SmackDown with the shocking debut of Jacob Fatu. As Solo was cornered by his rivals, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes, Fatu shockingly emerged and took out all three main event stars on his own. With his debut, the Samoan Werewolf made a huge statement and pledged his allegiance to his family.

4. The Wyatt Sicks debut

After months of QR codes, mysterious antics and ominous messages, the mystery finally came to an end with the highly anticipated debut of Uncle Howdy and his new faction, The Wyatt Sicks. The first sight of the dark force saw them decimate the entire Gorilla Position, attacking WWE personnel and superstars like Chad Gable and signaling their arrival in classic Bray Wyatt style, becoming a highly spectacular segment to witness.

3. The Rock inducted into the Bloodline

The first part of 2024 saw The Rock turn heel and introduce his ‘Final Boss’ character to the WWE Universe after they rejected his dream match with Roman Reigns in favor of The People’s Choice, Cody Rhodes. Moreover, on the road to WrestleMania, The Rock was officially inducted as a member of Reigns’ Blooldine in their war against Cody Rhodes and even led to Roman Reigns asking The Rock to ‘acknowledge him.’ This was a shocking yet enthralling segment that WWE produced in 2024.

2. Jordynne Grace crosses the line

The fans of WWE NXT were stunned by the arrival of TNA’s Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace, in their landscape. This came as part of the ongoing WWE and TNA collaboration.

Grace walked into the Capitol Wrestling Center and was named the challenger to Roxanne Perez’s NXT Women’s Championship. The popular segment will always be remembered as a landmark for WWE to change the business forever.

1. The Rock’s vicious assault on Cody Rhodes

During The Bloodline’s feud with Cody Rhodes on the road to WrestleMania 40, an opening segment on RAW saw the unannounced appearance of The Rock confronting Cody and whispering in his ear that he would make him bleed.

The Final Boss kept his promise and launched a vicious assault on The American Nightmare at the end of the show. This saw Rock beating him down to the outside of the arena in the rain and leaving him beaten and battered in a pile of his blood, becoming one of the most memorable segments of 2024.
