Braun Strowman shows off shredded physique weeks after WWE release

‘The Monster among Men’ was released by WWE recently

Following his surprise WWE departure earlier this year, Braun Strowman has revealed his astounding physical transformation. Strowman was perhaps the biggest name on WWE’s huge list of releases announced in early May.

WWE fans were surprised by the former Universal Champion’s leave, given that he had recently feuded with some of the company’s greatest performers, including Bronson Reed and current US Champion Jacob Fatu.

Braun Strowman is turning heads with his transformation

A major factor for Strowman’s dismissal was reportedly his deteriorating physical state, which was visible during matches.

Prior to beginning his professional wrestling career, The Monster Among Men wrestled with 15% paralysis in his left leg due to a ruptured disc in his lower back. However, he appears to have used his leave as an incentive to return to peak physical form, as seen by his most recent Instagram post.

He wrote, “Five weeks in sneak peek!!!!” wrote an ecstatic-looking Strowman. “Body weight is low 340’s fasted in the am’s!!!!!

“Feels great to focus on some old nagging injuries and getting them right. My body has very much enjoyed a break from the ring. 12 years straight was wearing on me. Stay tuned for the next update.”

The 2018 Money in the Bank winner has benefited greatly from a well-deserved hiatus from the wrestling scene, as well as a new diet and training regimen. And just because Strowman is no longer on the WWE roster doesn’t mean his affiliation with the organization is over.

Braun Strowman to start a new show with WWE soon

WWE will produce a new program starring Braun Strowman, which will premiere later this year. ‘Everything on the Menu With Braun Strowman’ will appear on the USA Network, and the premise has been compared to Adam Richman’s hugely successful ‘Man vs Food’ series.

Strowman will allegedly travel around America to watch the WWE’s weekly events, Raw and SmackDown, while dining at prominent restaurants and eating establishments. Strowman, also known as the Monster Among Men in WWE, will be “ordering everything on every menu and trying to down every last bite.”

With Strowman due to visit the same location as his WWE colleagues, there is the possibility of some intriguing crossover visits from former enemies and allies alike.

Strowman’s new presenting job follows the announcement that The Miz would take a sabbatical from in-ring fighting to host the American Gladiators relaunch on Amazon Prime. It follows a recent trend in which WWE uses current Superstars and alumni as crossover performers in new kinds of media.
