Seth Rollins suffered an injury at WWE Crown Jewel 2025.

The October 13 episode of  Monday Night RAW from Perth, Australia, ended in pure chaos and possibly marked the end of The Vision as we know it. After beating down CM Punk, Bron Breakker out of nowhere drove a thunderous spear through his leader, Seth Rollins, signaling a seismic shift in the faction.

Bronson Reed soon joined the chaos after a warning by Breakker that he is either with him or not, dragging Punk’s limp body over Rollins before hitting another Tsunami, this time on his former leader. Paul Heyman got the same warning from Breakker and then raised the hands of Breakker and Reed as they stood over Seth Rollins and CM Punk.

This was done in the backdrop of reports suggesting that Rollins suffered a shoulder injury during his Crown Jewel title match against Cody Rhodes. The Visionary was subsequently removed from the Japan tour, which took place on 17 and 18 October.

General Manager Adam Pearce is set to address the attack on Seth Rollins on tonight’s show. Pearce will also offer fans an update on Rollins’ condition following the assault.

Seth Rollins will undergo surgery

On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that Seth Rollins is definitely having surgery, though the exact timeline for his recovery is still unclear.

“He’s having surgery. I mean, that’s 100%, When they open up, they’ll find out, like, they don’t know all the damage in his shoulder, and they will find out the damage when they open him up, and when they do the surgery, will have an idea.“

He also added that the extent of injury will determine whether he will be back before WrestleMania 42. Meltzer also mentioned that, as expected, Rollins will be sidelined for several months due to the surgery.

“I guess the best way to put it is, they hope he’ll be okay for WrestleMania. There’s no way of knowing one way or the other today whether he will be or not, But you know he’s out for months for sure, which we already knew.”

The Visionary was reportedly set to defend the World Heavyweight title against CM Punk at the upcoming November 1 episode of Saturday Night’s Main Event. On the other hand, Breakker and Reed were rumored to capture the World Tag Team titles.

However, the injury has now led to major creative hauls, and it remains to be seen what WWE has in store for fans on the October 20 show of Raw.

Is Seth Rollins really injured?

Reports indicate Rollins is dealing with a shoulder or rotator cuff injury, though WWE hasn’t officially confirmed the extent of the injury.
