The Beast Incarnate will face Oba Femi in a trilogy.
‘The Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar returned after initially retiring at WrestleMania 42 to attack Oba Femi, who defeated him soundly at Mania in April. The return set the stage for their rematch at Clash in Italy in May, 2026.
This time around, Lesnar managed to even the odds, delivering multiple F5s to pin Femi and avenge his WrestleMania loss. However, the rivalry remained unresolved with both men looking to settle it all in a rubber match.
The rubber match is now confirmed for SummerSlam 2026 in Minneapolis, a town Brock has close ties to. Their third meeting will be inside Hell in a Cell, a proposition made by Lesnar, which Femi accepted.
The reason behind Brock floating the idea is Lesnar’s impeccable record in the aforementioned matches, something which even Paul Heyman noted during a video promo on the July 20 edition of Raw. With that in mind, let us take a look at Lesnar’s record in Hell in a Cell matches.

Lesnar’s first-ever Hell in a Cell match came during the 2002 edition of the No Mercy PLE, where he battled the Undertaker, putting the WWE Heavyweight Title on the line. Notably, his second appearance inside Hell in a Cell also came against the Undertaker.
Brock emerged victorious in both those encounters and goes into the trilogy clash with Femi as undefeated inside Hell in a Cell, looking to remain undefeated and edge out Femi 2-1 in the rubber match.
