Bron Breakker unhappy with his WWE creative direction; exploring new options - Report

Bron Breakker recently regained the World Tag Team titles.

During last week’s Monday Night Raw in Chicago, Bron Breakker and Austin Theory of the Vision faction defeated the Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) to regain the WWE World Tag Team titles, courtesy of Maxxine Dupri.

Dupri came in when Logan Paul’s interference wasn’t enough, and low-blowed Dawkins as Theory pinned him to regain the titles. The resurgence came in the backdrop of reports that stated that WWE is unsure of what to do with the faction, while others felt that the faction has reached the end of its run.

However, despite regaining the tag titles, one Vision member is unhappy with his creative direction, as per a new report.

Bron Breakker is exploring options to pivot

During a recent episode of Self Made Sessions, Self Made Pro revealed that Bron Breakker is unhappy with how a lot of his creative plans played out earlier this year.

“I can finally say this. I was not allowed to say this earlier because it was off the record, but now it’s on the record. I can tell you guys publicly, for a fact, that some of what happened with Bron Breakker creatively did frustrate him. Like, Bron Breakker, for a fact, was very frustrated with how a lot of his creative played out early this year.”

The report also added that Breakker has explored creative options and has had conversations with people in WWE about “ejecting himself from this situation and being put in another situation creatively.”

“I have a scoop. I can tell you for a fact that Bron Breakker has explored his options creatively from the standpoint of pivoting away from this. I can tell you he had conversations with people in the company about ejecting himself from this situation and being put in another situation creatively.”

As noted, Breakker is currently one-half of the World Tag Team Champions. However, early 2026 creative plans were for him to lose to the then-World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk on the January 5 episode of RAW, then win the men’s Royal Rumble and defeat Punk for the World title at WrestleMania 42.

However, those plans were scrapped as Roman Reigns won the Rumble and then went on to challenge Punk. On the other hand, Breakker was ambushed by a masked man and was eliminated in the Rumble in mere seconds. Even his feud with Seth Rollins ended in him losing two matches to one, likely hampering his early momentum.
