A closer looks at new WWE NXT Championship belts

A new era of NXT began with new NXT Championship & NXT Women’s Championship titles!

On the October 1, 2024 episode of WWE NXT, the developmental brand made its grand launch on The CW Network, kicking off the new era with a new logo, new theme song and brand new set. NXT’s Vice President Shawn Michaels kicked-off the show welcoming the fans to the new NXT. 

The Heartbreak Kid said, “You know we can’t have a new NXT on a new network without new championship titles” to reveal the new NXT Championship and NXT Women’s Championship. Here we take a closer look at the brand new NXT titles.

NXT Championship title belt

The new NXT Championship is now black and silver platings, similar to the new silver logo of the brand reducing the gold in the plates. The middle plate has changed with a globe logo in the background and the much smaller NXT logo in the middle, replacing the big ‘X’ in the middle. The top of the main plate features the “WWE” logo in gold and the bottom plate named “Champion” in gold.

The four corners of the middle plate have three small round rings (total- 12) surrounding the plates. The new version of the titles also features side plates with silver borders with the default NXT platings in gold border. The strap remains to be the black leather strap with a border design running throughout the belt. Trick Williams is the new NXT Champion, who defeated Ethan Page to officially hold the new title first.

NXT Women’s Championship title belt

The new NXT Women’s Championship is the replica of the new NXT Championship title, with limited changes. The women’s title also got the black and silver platings reducing the gold in the plates. The big ‘X’ got replaced with a small ‘NXT’ logo over the glove. The top of the main plate features the “WWE” logo in gold, just above the NXT logo is “Women’s” written around gold and the bottom plate names “Champion”.

The new version of the titles also features the side plates with silver borders with the default NXT platings in gold border. The strap remains to be the white leather strap with a border design running throughout the belt. Roxanne Perez is the current NXT Women’s Champion, who defeated Giulia and the first person to hold both the old and new title.
