CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have been in a long-term rivalry for more than six months. They have been carrying the feud since Punk’s WWE return, where they began their rivalry over winning the Royal Rumble and main-eventing WrestleMania.

However, it went personal after Punk’s WrestleMania dream came to an end after injury and Drew used the opportunity to take his spot.

Although both had a lot of things to worry about, they never let their rivalry down. Punk and McIntyre had a big cat-and-mouse game and had some big matches as a part of their feud.

CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre matches

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre had a total of two matches so far and are set to battle for the third time at Bad Blood 2024. Both the matches Punk and McIntyre fought are special stipulation matches and they have one win each.

At SummerSlam 2024, Punk and McIntyre had their very first match, where Seth Rollins served as a special guest referee. The referee had beef with both the competitors and tried to be neutral, however, Punk felt him partial and delivered a GTS to Rollins, which helped in Drew deliver a low blow on Punk and followed with a Claymore to win the match, having the record (1-0).

At Bash in Berlin 2024, Punk had his rematch against McIntyre in a Strap Match, where Punk performed a series of Go To Sleep (GTS) finishers on Drew and touched the four turnbuckles of the ring to secure the win, scoring a neutralizer (1-1). They are all set to have their third match at Bad Blood 2024, where they will face each other in a Hell in a Cell match.
