Drew McIntyre promises to win World Title at WWE Money in the Bank 2024

Drew McIntyre qualifies for the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
Drew McIntyre is one of the highly talented professional wrestlers in the active WWE roster. The Scottish Warrior has been having a long pursuit to win the World Heavyweight Championship. Drew won the title at WrestleMania 40, but it didn’t last long, as Punk cost him the title after the match, making Priest take the title from him.
Drew got his rematch at Clash at the Castle for the world title, but Punk again cost him the title. At this stage, with Money in the Bank PLE, Drew McIntyre set his sights on winning the World Championship again at Money in the Bank.
Drew McIntyre targets World Title at MITB 2024
On the June 24, 2024 episode of Raw, Drew McIntyre kicked-off the Monday Night Raw addressing his attack on CM Punk and taking the bracelet from him. McIntyre then went on to announce that he wished to enter the Money in the Bank ladder match to win it and cash it on the same night to become the World Heavyweight Champion.
In the absence of CM Punk, as he is confident that Punk won’t be there for the MITB as a result of his attack on SmackDown in Chicago.
Drew then went on to meet the Raw General Manager Adam Pearce requesting for a Money in the Bank ladder, which Pearce later confirmed for the following week.
On the July 1, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE held the last Money in the Bank qualifying match, where Drew McIntyre, Sheamus and Ilja Dragunov fought in a Triple Threat Match in the main event of the show. Drew McIntyre pinned Sheamus after delivering Claymore to win the match to secure his spot in the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
After the match, McIntyre was interviewed inside the ring, where Drew addressed his entry to the Money in the Bank ladder match and promised to walk out of Toronto as the World Heavyweight Championship.
The World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line at Money in the Bank, where Damian Priest defends it against Seth Rollins. It seems like nobody is safe during or after the match, as Drew could cash-in anytime to take the title away from them.
