Every champion then & now as WWE SmackDown on Fox moves to USA Network

WWE SmackDown’s deal with Fox comes to an end after five long years!
WWE SmackDown is a professional wrestling flagship television show hosted by the world’s largest professional wrestling promotion, WWE. This is one of the longest-running successful WWE weekly TV shows.
In the last five years, the blue brand has seen great success and produced some memorable moments and matches on the Fox Network from 2019 to 2024. As SmackDown officially departs from Fox and moves back to the USA Network, here we take a look at the champions on SmackDown during the Fox debut and now during the departure.
WWE Champion
Kofi Kingston was the WWE Champion on his first reign when SmackDown made its debut on Fox in 2019. Kofi was on the 180th day of his reign. Kofi entered as the WWE Champion, however, at the end of the night, Brock Lesnar won the title in the main event to become the WWE Champion. Cody Rhodes is the current Undisputed WWE Champion, who has held the title for 155+ days on his first reign.
SmackDown Women’s Champion
Bayley was the SmackDown Women’s Champion on her first reign during the Fox Premiere and held the title for 138 days. Two years later on the Hell in a Cell PPV, she lost her title to Flair in a singles match. The title is currently on the Raw brand, which got renamed to Women’s World Champion and Liv Morgan is the current title holder on her second reign.
Intercontinental Champion
Shinsuke Nakamura was the Intercontinental Champion during the Fox premiere, where he held the title for 60+ days on his first reign during the time. Now the Intercontinental Championship is on the Raw brand, where Bron Breakker is the current Intercontinental Champion on his first reign.
SmackDown Tag Team Champion
The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) was the SmackDown Tag Team Champions on their first reign during the Fox Premiere. The title earlier this year got its name changed to WWE Tag Team Championship. Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa of the Bloodline currently hold the title, when the blue brand departs Fox.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion
Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross were the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions during the Fox Premiere, who held the titles on the first reign. Two days later, they lost their title to The Kabuki Warriors. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are the current WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions on their second reign, holding the title for 8+ days.
WWE 24/7 Champion
R-Truth was the 24/7 Champion in his 19th reign, however, the title changed hands among Marshmello, Carmella and more on the same day. The title was deactivated in November 2022 and is no longer a championship in WWE.
United States Champion
The United States Championship which was the secondary championship on the red brand during the Fox Premiere moved to the SmackDown brand as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft. LA Knight is the current US Champion on his first reign.
WWE Women’s Champion
The Raw Women’s Championship, which was the primary championship of the Raw brand, moved to SmackDown as a part of the 2023 WWE Draft. The title is renamed to WWE Women’s Championship and is the primary women’s title of the SmackDown brand. Nia Jax is the current WWE Women’s Champion on her second reign, holding the title for 36+ days.
