Everything that happened on WWE NXT (October 22, 2024): Oba Femi destroys Luca Crusifino, Zaira makes her debut & more

The 10/22 episode of WWE NXT featured some of the big matches and segments!
The October 22 episode of WWE NXT was telecasted live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The WWE Performance Center is a group of pro-wrestling schools owned by the promotion.
This was the last show before NXT’s Halloween Havoc 2024 show in October every year. Get to know what happened on this week’s WWE NXT, as we come out with the complete summary of the show.
Damage CTRL vs Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson
The team of Former NXT Women’s Champions Iyo Sky and Kairi Sane went to NXT to take on the team of Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson (The Meta-Four).
Legend and Jackson countered Damage CTRL’s quickness with brute force. However, the action was interrupted when Chelsea Green and Piper Niven sneak attacked the two teams, leading to a no-contest.
Jaida Parker vs Tatum Paxley
Jaida Parker and Tatum Paxley went against each other in the second match of the night. Paxley used her unorthodox offense to gain an advantage against Parker but Parker’s power was too much to overcome.
In the final segments of the fight, Parker ran the ropes to hit a thunderous one on Paxley and secured the win to get back in the win column. After the match, Lola Vice almost started another fight but was stopped by the officials. Meanwhile, Wendy Choo made an appearance and choked out Paxley. Choo then threw Pxley into a crate and wheeled her away from the arena.
Oba Femi vs. Luca Crusifino
Former NXT North American Champion Oba Femi manhandled Luca Crusifino in a singles match during the 10/22 episode of NXT. Luca was outgunned against the former champion as Femi knocked him out with a Fall From Grace.
Femi continued the attack after the bell as ‘The Don’ Tony D’Angelo came and tried to stop Femi’s attack. However, Femi zip-tied The Don to the steel post and forced him to watch as he sent Luca through a ladder. Femi then went on for another Fall From Grace.
Trick Williams & Ethan Page segment
The number one contender for the NXT Championship, Ethan Page sent a cryptic message to the NXT Champion Trick Williams. The two are scheduled for their Devil’s Playground Match at Halloween Havoc next week.
Williams and Page engaged in a battle of words as Williams walked up to Page and confronted him. However, Williams faced the verbal wrath of the former champion. Page warned that the champion was not ready to taste his own blood in the Devil’s Playground next week.
Sol Ruca vs Karmen Petrovic
Sol Ruca and Karmen Petrovic battled inside the ring on this week’s episode. Ashnate Adonis was spotted in the crowd during the match with another woman, which prompted Petrovic to get visibly distracted.
This distinction led Ruca to capitalize on the opportunity as she nailed a Sol Snatcher to win the bout.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger Cole Custer vs Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.
The team of Hank Walker and Tank Ledger along with NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion Cole Custer took on the team of Bronco Nima and Lucien Price.
The fight between the two teams was a high-octane fight that came to an end after Custer used his NASCAR helmet to blast Bronco Nima. This interruption led to the setting up of the Collision Course by Hank and Tank to finish the fight. Lola Vice stepped into the ring to dance with the winners and the NASCAR champion.
Giulia & Stephanie Vaquer vs Fatal Influence
Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer fought the team of Fallon Henley and Jacy Jayne (Fatal Influence) in the last fight of the card. The two teams are scheduled for a tag team match at Halloween Havoc next week.
Jazmyn Nyx attempted to get involved in the match but was taken out by Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan. All of Fatal Influence’s attempts failed as the team of Giulia and Vaquer picked up the win.
After the fight Fatal Influence spun the wheel for a Spinner’s Choice match at Halloween Havoc but were interrupted as the lights went out in the arena and Zaria appeared on the stage. Zaria’s arrival was cut short as the broadcast cut out.
