Roman Reigns is confirmed for Clash in Paris 2025!
Roman Reigns made his return to WWE weeks ago to be a part of the first-ever two-night SummerSlam last week. While it was rumored that The OTC would take another hiatus, he has been advertised for forthcoming shows leading up to WWE Clash in Paris PLE, taking place later this month.
This could mean that Reigns would wrestle in a top showdown at the event. Should that happen, here are the top five opponents that could square off against him at WWE Clash in Paris:
5. Brock Lesnar

While it seems far-fetched at the moment, WWE can pivot from the feud between Brock Lesnar and John Cena at the moment and book Lesnar for a match against his storied rival, Roman Reigns.
The duo have exchanged multiple wins against each other and their collision at Clash in Paris PLE could be a much bigger draw than Lesnar vs Cena, due to both men being in prime in-ring shape and expected to deliver a great showdown.

4. CM Punk

Roman Reigns last appearance on RAW saw him come to the aid to CM Punk and Jey Uso against Seth Rollins’ faction. However, as the show went off the air, the two could be seen exchanging heated words. This could possibly lead to a feud between them, culminating into a blockbuster match at Clash in Paris.
3. Bronson Reed

Another target that Roman Reigns is seeking revenge from is Bronson Reed. Alongside enduring physical damage, Reed has stolen Reigns’ prized sneakers and dubbed himself as the ‘Tribal Thief.’ Reigns could get his payback and his shoes should he collide with Reed at Clash in Paris in an epic collision.
2. Bron Breakker

A much-anticipated showdown that the WWE Universe has been waiting to see is Roman Reigns vs Bron Breakker. The Wolf Dog is perceived as the Next Big Thing for a long time.
However, a match against Reigns at Clash in Paris would be his biggest match to date, which could be a significant boost to his promising career in WWE so far.

1. Seth Rollins

Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins have one of the storied rivalries in WWE history. With The Visionary holding the World Heavyweight Championship, Reigns has a much bigger reason to come after him.
Moreover, Rollins has been on his radar since he took away his Wiseman at WrestleMania 41, Paul Heyman. This could set the set for a marquee main event showdown at Clash in Paris PLE.
Is Roman Reigns booked for any match at Clash in Paris 2025?
No, Reigns isn’t yet booked for a match at the PLE, however, he is set for an appearance, which likely means WWE will announce a match for him in the coming weeks.
When and where will Clash in Paris 2025 take place?
WWE Clash in Paris 2025 will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the Paris La Défense Arena in Nanterre, France. This marks WWE’s first Premium Live Event in the French capital and will be followed by Monday Night Raw on September 1 at the same venue. The event will stream live on Netflix internationally and Peacock in the United States.
