Former WWE champion files multiple trademarks following his release

Jinder Mahal is an Indian-Canadian Professional Wrestler. He is a four time champion in WWE including his one time WWE Championship and one time United States Championship. The Modern Day Maharaja has a long history with WWE since 2010, who has two runs in the company. Despite having a long history, he had only few appearances in recent times. Mahal was now released from WWE along with Veer Mahan, Sanga, Xia Li and Qyon Quinn.
Jinder Mahal confirmed his departure on X saying “I Quit, Maharaja out 💰”. Mahal also updated his X/Twitter Bio saying “🔥 Free Agent – 90 Days” stating that he is currently under the 90 days non-compete clauses by the company and would be a Free Agent after that.
His departure has become a talking point of the wrestling industry and the fans were wondering what’s next for The Maharaja? However it is reported that Mahal has filed a number of trademarks.
Jinder Mahal’s Trademarks
Fightful reported that the former WWE Star, Jinder Mahal has filed trademarks for the name ‘RAJ DHESI’ & ‘THE MAHARAJA’ in the US Patent & Trademark Office. The report suggests that the trademarks are filed for the merchandise including hats, shirts, socks, bandanas, shirts, short-sleeved shirts, sweatshirts & hooded sweatshirts (hoodies). It is noted that the trademarks have been filed under his real name Yuvraj Dhesi.
“Mark For: RAJ DHESI trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Shirts and short-sleeved shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.”

What’s next for The Maharaja after his WWE release
Jinder Mahal on his X/Twitter addressed his WWE release and gave an update of what’s next for him. He says that he has many goals and dream matches to accomplish and hints of traveling globally.
Mahal said,
“What’s next for The Maharaja? I’ve been here before. That time I was a kid, but now I’m a man. I will only present myself in a way that I want to. I will only do things that I want to. I will only go places that I want to. I still have many goals, many dream matches, and many places I want to go.
Where do I make an impact? India, Europe, Japan, Canada, Red Hook section of Brooklyn? Stay tuned. You got about 11 more weeks. Maharaja out.”
