This article contains SPOILERS for 11/6 SmackDown!

WWE taped the November 6 episode of Friday Night SmackDown at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on November 2, immediately after the latest edition of Monday Night Raw.

The special arrangement allowed the company to complete its television commitments before travelling to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel. While the taped show featured several developments, the biggest surprise came in the women’s division.

A former World Champion made her much-awaited return after an injury absence and immediately targeted one of the division’s biggest stars.

Charlotte Flair returns and attacks Jade Cargill during SmackDown taping

Former champion returned on the November 6 SmackDown taping from Brooklyn during the Michin & B-Fab vs Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid Women’s Tag Team Championship bout and went for Jade Cargill.

But things took a turn for the worse when Tatum Paxley and Alexa got involved and messed things up, which resulted in a disqualification. Further, even Bayley got involved and added another edge to the ongoing feud.

But the most talked-about part of the show was that of The Queen. Flair hadn’t been seen around since she was attacked by Jade Cargill and her friends after a week. And that absence had a huge impact on the women’s tag team division too, as she couldn’t team up with Tatum Paxley in a title shot opportunity.

Alexa Bliss stepped in as her replacement on the October 9 show, and the pairing of Bliss and Paxley capitalized on the opportunity to defeat Fatal Influence and capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.

However, the numbers game cost them in their first title defense against Michin and B-Fab on the October 23 edition when Bliss and Paxley lost the Tag titles, ending their reign at just 14 days.

By attacking Cargill, Charlotte Flair has made it clear that her issues with The Storm are far from over. Her comeback could also bring the women’s tag team championship picture into the ongoing rivalry.

Possible Women’s WarGames lineup at Survivor Series

Queen’s return could have significant implications for the women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. The creative team has several established rivalries that could come together for the traditional elimination-style team encounter.

One possible lineup could see Flair, Bayley, Alexa Bliss, and Tatum Paxley joining forces against Jade Cargill, Michin, B-Fab, and the Baddies. The two groups have already been involved in multiple confrontations, making this a potential direction for the women’s division.

Flair and Cargill remain central figures in the rivalry, while Bayley’s involvement could strengthen the opposing side. Meanwhile, Bliss and Paxley have a championship partnership to defend. Although the promotion has not officially announced these teams, the recent developments on the blue brand provide enough material for a potential WarGames storyline.
