The all-women’s PLE will emanate from Georgia.
The Stamford-based promotion is gearing up to bring back the all-women’s Premium Live Event, WWE Evolution. The second edition of the all-women’s show is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
The 2025 edition will be the first Evolution as well as the first all-women’s PLE to stream both on Netflix and Peacock. The show will feature stars from the Raw and SmackDown brands, along with those from the developmental brand NXT.
Ahead of the historic second edition of the all-women’s PLE, a former Women’s Champion has teased her return, sparking a frenzy among fans.
Saraya departed from AEW in March
Saraya, better known among WWE fans as ‘Paige’, recently parted ways with AEW, which made many fans hopeful of her eventual return to the Stamford-based promotion. Saraya herself addresses the speculations, but nothing solid came out of it; things have picked up steam again.
Paige recently took to her official X (Twitter) handle, posting a cryptic tweet which sparked a frenzy among fans. “Evolution is this weekend?”
Fans started to speculate if the former two-time Divas Champion will make her return at the all-women’s PLE. Though seemingly casual, the comment has led many fans to believe she might be teasing a return at Evolution 2.
Opinion
Paige is arguably one of the biggest stars who is still relevant despite her time away from action due to a neck injury, especially among WWE fans who still want her back in the squared circle. The uproar grew even louder following her AEW exit, making a WWE return much more straightforward.
A return for the former two-time Divas Champion would be huge, not just for the nostalgia factor, but as an opportunity for the former Paige to bring closure to a career that many believe was cut short during her time with the Stamford-based company.
