WWE ID offers independent wrestlers a direct route to a possible career in the company
On October 29, WWE announced the launch of a new program called ‘WWE ID’. As per the company, it is a developmental program designed to provide independent and young wrestlers with a potential path to a possible career in the promotion.
As per the statement released by the WWE, WWE ID stands for ‘WWE Independent Development’. As mentioned above it is a developmental program designed to provide independent wrestlers a potential path to WWE.
WWE’s statement highlights that the program aims to assist independent wrestling schools and promotions by providing them with top-tier training and mentorship. Additionally, it will enhance developmental prospects for existing talent.

WWE has signed new prospects to the developmental program
On November 7, three upcoming talents were signed to the developmental program, Zayda Steel was the first talent to get signed. She has been scouted from Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW).
The second talent who has been signed is Bryce Donovan, he has been scouted to the program from Wrestling Open. ‘Cold Brew’ Cappucino James is the third talent announced by the promotion he has been scouted to the program from This is Wrestling.
According to rumors, 20 stars have signed onto the project. According to the tweet from WWE ID’s official X handle, the WWE announced three more prospects who have signed with their developmental program on November 08. Jack Summit, Zara Zakher, and Sean Legacy are the three new signings announced by the Stamford-based promotion.
As per the recent tweet from the Stamford-based promotions official handle, The Vice-President of Global Talent Development and WWE legend William Regal signed two new prospects during the 11/08 episode of SmackDown.
As per an announcement on 11/10 via X, the promotion has signed its 9th prospect named It’s Gal, who has been scouted from Wrestling Open.
On 19 November, the promotion announced two new signees to the program via their X handle, Brad Taylor and Ricky Smokes were signed to the developmental program. On the 11/22 episode of SmackDown, Regal signed a new prospect named Jordan Oasis from the Future Stars Of Wrestling (FSW).
