Unlike traditional combat sports, winning matches isn’t everything in WWE, especially when there’s a compelling story to tell. However, continued losses can hamper the momentum of rising stars, particularly when they lack a clear creative direction, and could eventually hurt their credibility and connection with the audience.

This has become the story of one of the hottest prospects to join the main roster. ‘The Prodigy’ Roxanne Perez made an emphatic showcase in her Royal Rumble debut in 2025. Perez holds the record for the longest time spent in a single Women’s Royal Rumble match, lasting 1 hour, 7 minutes, and 47 seconds.

However, in recent times, the hype around Perez has significantly died down, in part thanks to zero creative direction and back-to-back losses.

Roxanne Perez’s last win on Raw came in April

Roxanne Perez is part of the Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, JD McDonagh & Raquel Rodriguez) faction. Perez has even held the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles alongside Rodriguez. However, Perez and Rodriguez dropped the title after just over a month.

Since then, Perez has largely been either absent from programming or partaking in matches and segments involving the Judgment Day.

Perez has suffered back-to-back defeats in recent times, with her most recent win coming alongside Rodriguez as they defeated the team of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria on the 27 April edition of Raw. This win over 100 days ago remains her last win on the main roster.

When it comes to singles wins, the stats are even more disappointing, as Perez’ last singles win on WWE TV came in December 2025, when Perez defeated Lyra Valkyria on the December 12, 2025 edition of Raw. Notably, Perez’s most recent win overall came during WWE Main Event (08.06.2026), where she defeated Maxxine Dupri.

Perez enjoyed a dominant run in NXT, capturing the Women’s NXT title twice for a total combined reign of 385 days. She has also held the NXT Women’s Tag Team titles alongside Cora Jade (aka Elyana Black). The run in NXT made her one of the most hyped prospects for the main roster.

However, similar to multiple stars who have joined the main roster from NXT in recent times, Perez has also suffered from a lack of creative direction. The promotion even teased tensions with Women’s World Champion and fellow stablemate Liv Morgan, which got fans excited, but the storyline was ultimately squashed.
