The Red brand will go live from Xcel Energy Center next week

On the road to SummerSlam on Saturday, August 3, WWE stopped in Green Bay for a jam-packed edition of Raw targeted at continuing current tales and highlighting the men and women who will shine brightest at the midsummer spectacle.

Amid his feud with Drew McIntyre, CM Punk returned to the red brand, determined to make a bout with The Scottish Warrior official for the forthcoming Premium Live Event. Was he successful, and if there was any violence with McIntyre, what would happen? The answer to that question, as well as for others, was revealed on the July 22 episode of Raw.

WWE after a successful RAW will now go to Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota for the July 29 edition of WWE RAW. More interestingly WWE dropped a bombshell as they announced a major match for next week.

Gunther to face Finn Balor next week on WWE RAW

As Gunther prepares for his SummerSlam championship bout against World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest, The Ring General will confront Finn Bálor, Priest’s ally. These two powerful European Superstars have never met, laying the groundwork for what promises to be an exciting duel.

Several items have been confirmed for the upcoming edition of WWE’s flagship program, including a promo scene in which Seth Freakin’ Rollins gives “referee instructions” to CM Punk and Drew McIntyre.

Essentially, a segment will be dedicated to the three of them in the ring, discussing how Rollins will struggle to be a fair official since he has issues with both guys, who are not permitted to be physical with one another or face punishment.

Two more matches confirmed for next week’s WWE RAW

A six-woman tag team bout will take place, with Lyra Valkyria, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter versus Sonya Deville, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark. Deville defeated Valkyria this week, but Stark lost to a one-armed Zelina Vega due to intervention from three babyfaces seeking vengeance.

In addition, Xavier Woods will face Karrion Kross. Kross has long had his sights set on Woods, who he pinned in a six-man tag team bout with The Authors of Pain. There will most likely be a follow-up to Alpha Academy’s split following The Final Testament’s success, although this has yet to be verified.
