Brock Lesnar last appeared on WWE SummerSlam 2023
Brock Lesnar’s name always sparks excitement in the WWE Universe. ‘The Beast Incarnate’ has been away from the Stamford-based company for a while now. His most recent appearance on WWE television was during 2023 SummerSlam Premium Live Event, where Cody Rhodes defeated him.
During the most recent episode of RAW, WWE seemed to hint at Brock Lesnar’s potential comeback, possibly setting the stage for a showdown with Kofi Kingston. These hints were revealed during a backstage segment featuring Kingston and Xavier Woods.
After their match, The New Day was frustrated with the result, leading to a confrontation where both parties exchanged personal insults.
Woods highlighted his crucial contributions to KofiMania, which ultimately led to Kingston becoming the WWE Champion. However, Xavier accused Kofi of wasting all the sacrifices he made by losing the championship in just six seconds to Brock Lesnar after a brutal attack. This accusation angered the former world champion, who responded with stronger emotions & words.
Kingston then remarked that if it had been anybody other than Woods, the situation would have been different, implying that he wouldn’t let what happened to Kofi. Since this episode, curiosity regarding Brock Lesnar’s comeback has risen. Fans believe The Beast might return shortly.

Given the current hostility between the two, it’s unlikely that Woods will rush to Kofi’s defense. While Lesnar’s name being mentioned on television does not confirm his return, it has sparked enthusiasm among fans who are anxiously expecting his return.
The inclusion of Brock Lesnar’s name on RAW has surely increased anticipation regarding his comeback. However, this is not the first time The Beast has been mentioned by the red brand.
A few weeks ago, Seth Rollins became involved in a backstage incident with Adam Pearce. During this time, The Visionary dubbed himself the Beast Slayer, a name he got after defeating Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.
Following such comments, sources emphasized that WWE just wanted to give weight to the continuing plot. Except for the references, there has been little indication that Lesnar would be returning to WWE anytime soon.
Brock Lesnar’s name was likely mentioned during the intense exchange between Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods as a tactic to draw attention to this story. However, it’s also possible that it has no relation to The Beast’s return to WWE.
