Glenn Thomas Jacobs, known among WWE fans as Kane, was last seen on WWE television during SummerSlam 2022, where he announced the show’s attendance.

His last in-ring appearance came during the 2021 Royal Rumble, when he appeared as a surprise entrant in the men’s Royal Rumble match. The celebrity has avoided becoming too connected with WWE, with only a few appearances in recent years. He has concentrated on his political career.

‘The Big Red Machine’ has been serving as the mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, since 2018 and won the re-election in 2022.

Amid Goldberg getting his farewell match recently at Saturday Night’s Main Event and John Cena’s ongoing farewell tour, the Hall of Famer was asked about his farewell match in a recent conversation.

Kane believes he’s past the opportunity of a farewell match

During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, the Hall of Famer asked about plans for a final farewell in the ring, Jacobs admitted that while the idea might be appealing to some, he understands he may never get a proper send-off.

“[Laughs] I don’t know about that, man. Oh man. Brother, we were just talking about athleticism and movement and keeping up with the pace of people nowadays. That may have left me behind, guys.”

A brief look at Kane’s WWE accolades

Following his WWF debut, Kane was a key figure in the company’s “Attitude Era” in the late 1990s and early 2000s, defeating the era’s “poster boy” Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship in his first pay-per-view (PPV) main event at King of the Ring in June 1998.

Kane’s illustrious WWE career includes numerous titles and accolades. He is a one-time Undisputed WWE Champion and World Heavyweight Champion. He is also a three-time WWE Tag Team Champion. Additionally, he has won the Intercontinental Championship twice and the 24/7 Championship once.
