‘The Tribal Chief’ holds the record for the fourth-longest title reign in WWE history

Roman Reigns is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of the modern era, who has been a part of some of the biggest moments in recent history. He is in the company for over a decade and has been a top star of the company throughout his journey. He is a nine time champion in WWE which involves six world championship reigns. Reigns has been in the prime of his career for the last three and a half years as a heel and set a number of monumental records. He reached great milestones with his title reign, making it the fourth-longest title reign of all time. 

At WrestleMania 40 in the main event of the match, Roman Reigns defended his title against Cody Rhodes, where HE lost his title to end his 1316 days reign. Roman Reigns is now working on a non-WWE project with Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer, and Pete Davidson in his time-off. However it seems like Roman is also involved in a non-WWE collaboration with a sport-apparel company. Here is what we know about Reign’s collaboration.

Roman Reigns collaboration with Nike

Roman Reigns during WrestleMania XL weekend, Roman Reigns posted a video on his Instagram in collaboration with Nike. Roman showcased a unique Bloodline collection, housed in special red and black trunks. The Tribal Chief’s attire was co-branded with Roman Reigns x Air Jordan. There was also a package showcasing ‘Air Reigns’ branding.

Roman was presented with the Air Jordan 3 Retro Craft ivory, Air Jordan 4 Retro Reimagined Bred, and two colorways of the Jordan Stadium 90. The pairs were customized with unique graphics saying ‘Air Reigns’ and with the laser printed logo, the Ones and the Bloodline logos. Roman Reigns wrote, “Greatness reigns. Bloodline – Jumpman forever baby” and pinned the video to the top.

It is also important to note that Roman wore the Jordan boxer SP boots on the WrestleMania XL Night 1 Tag Team match teaming up with The Rock and faced Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins.

Roman is not the first WWE star to collaborate with Nike. WWE Superstars such as Kofi Kingston, Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch were also previously involved in the collaboration. Roman Reigns has endorsed a number of products in the past including C4- Caffeinated Drinks, Shady Ray Sunglasses and more.
