Despite speculations and rumours, Johnson has not made any appearances since then. However, speculation has been at its peak since fans learned where the Final Boss is around the week of WrestleMania 42.

The Rock has been spotted onstage at CinemaCon, promoting the upcoming release of the third Jumanji movie, which is slated to be released by the end of 2026.
CinemaCon 2026 was held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, running from April 13 to April 16, 2026. The event brought together major figures from the global film industry.
Will The Rock stay in Las Vegas?
During his appearance, The Rock was a presenter at Disney’s panel on Thursday, where he discussed the upcoming live-action “Moana” film. Johnson highlighted Moana’s strength and emphasised the importance of featuring powerful female leads in storytelling.
During the comments, Johnson also revealed that he will be leaving Las Vegas on Thursday Night to be with his daughter on her 8th birthday.
“Being a proud girl dad, three times. I have a daughter in her 20s, I have ten, I have eight…I have seven. My youngest is going to turn eight tomorrow. Happy birthday Tia, I know you’re going to see this. I love you. I’m coming home tonight,”

These comments likely mean Johnson has no plans to appear at WrestleMania. That said, if there are any plans, then this would be a deliberate attempt to keep the fans guessing. Whatever the case may be, fans will have to tune in on Saturday and Sunday to find out.
