Is WWE planning to sell their former Headquarters ‘Titan Towers’?

The former WWE HQ ‘Titan Towers’ has a great history and legacy!
WWE is one of the biggest professional wrestling promotions, which has been in the industry for more than 40 years. The company has witnessed a mighty growth in the reach, viewership and ticket sales that has placed the company on the top.
WWE is subjected to a lot of periodical changes time after time. In recent times we have seen several changes in the company in a lot of aspects including the management side, creative storylines, changes of gimmicks, timings, theme songs, timings, events and more.
WWE under the TKO group has made it clear that the company is up for the increase in revenue and has been doing a lot of cost cuts, firings, hirings and sale of properties to make it a more profitable company.
At this stage, the legendary Titan Towers, which served as WWE’s headquarters until 2019 could no longer be the company’s own, as the property is reportedly listed for sale.
WWE’s Titan Tower is up for sale?
WWE is currently having its new headquarters on Washington Boulevard in Stamford, Connecticut from the old headquarters at Titan Towers in 2019. However, it is reported that the old headquarters ‘Titan Towers’ is listed for sale on Newmark’s website. In the product description of the listings, it was mentioned that the 1.19-acre property building with high-quality office space is set for sale.

“90,675-square-foot office building that was formerly the world headquarters of WWE, presenting potential for re-leasing or redevelopment.
Set on 1.19 acres, the existing improvements include high-quality office space with 11’ finished ceiling heights, a rooftop patio with unobstructed views of Long Island Sound, a fitness center, a cafeteria and 300 parking spaces.
The property is zoned CN which is one of the most flexible zones in Stamford. Permitted uses include residential multifamily, research and development, educational uses, health clubs, etc.”
WWE’s new headquarters in Washington Blvd in Stamford, Connecticut is set at 400,000 square feet with a large production space and can accommodate more than 800 employees. There is no update on the total estimation of the building and who are the potential buyers up for the bid.
