Jey Uso has been away from The Bloodline since last summer

Jey Uso is one of the most celebrated wrestlers among fans on the active WWE roster. Jey earned a major spotlight after joining The Bloodline in 2020. However, Jey Uso left the Bloodline last summer and started his singles wrestling career, which gained a huge amount of attention from the WWE Universe. Jey created his own identity and is currently one of the biggest babyfaces in the active WWE roster.

Although Jey distanced himself away from the Bloodline, there is a belief within the WWE universe that he could be back in the faction again. At this stage, Jey wore a Bloodline attire in style, which “broke” the internet.

Jey Uso wears the blue ‘Ula Fala’

On August 17, 2024, ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso appeared at WWE Fanatics Fest in New York City wearing a blue coloured ‘Ula Fala’ around his neck. Fans yeeted for the Tribal Yeet! WWE has never seen a blue Ula Fala before and most of them could wonder, does the blue ‘Ula Fala’ make Jey the Tribal Chief? For which we must know what the sacred Ula Fala necklace is.

Ula Fala is the traditional Samoan necklace, which is made out of the Pandanus tree seeds. The seeds are painted ‘red’ for the ornamentation and linked with each other to form a necklace. In the Samoan culture, only the Highchiefs wear the ‘red’ Ula Fala necklaces with an honor to represent their community.

With this, it is clear that the Ula Fala which makes one a Tribal Chief can only be in ‘red’ and no other colour. Hence Jey is not the Tribal Chief and it seems like he is only teasing what’s going on in the blue brand.

In the SmackDown roster, Solo Sikoa became the Tribal Chief in the absence of Roman Reigns with the acknowledgement of the new Judgment Day members Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu. Roman made his return to claim his Tribal Chief status by trying to get the Ula Fala back from him.

Roman single-handedly tried to take the new Bloodline out, but the numbers game took Roman out with the brutal assault. There is a belief that Jey could reunite with Roman Reigns & Jimmy Uso to stop the new Bloodline, but nothing is official yet.
