Jimmy Uso, Charlotte Flair and six other WWE stars who could return before 2024 ends

Multiple WWE superstars are absent either due to injury or personal reasons.

WWE has one of the most talented and world-class rosters in the modern era. However, the hardcore nature of the business takes over these athletes at some point, leading to them to step away from the limelight, either due to injury or personal reasons.

With multiple WWE superstars currently on the sidelines, here is the list of eight names from the current WWE roster who have a realistic chance of coming back before the end of 2024:

8. Paul Heyman

Paul Heyman has not been seen on WWE television programming since being taken out of action by Solo Sikoa’s new Bloodline in Madison Square Garden on SmackDown. With Roman Reigns back in the mix, Paul Heyman is well expected to be back before the end of this year to side with his Tribal Chief.

7. Raquel Rodriguez

Raquel Rodriguez has been battling a serious skin issue, MCAS, that has put her out of action for months. She has been recovering well and spotted training inside the ring, making her a strong candidate to return to the squared circle before the start of the new year.

6. Shotzi

Shotzi was injured back in February during her match against Lyra Valkyria in NXT. It was later revealed that she suffered a torn ACL. With the timeline of recovery being at least six months, fans can hopefully see her back before 2024 ends.

5. Carmella

The Princess of Staten Island, Carmella, has taken a leave of absence since last year due to her pregnancy. Mella later revealed that she is also dealing with a minor injury, making her a prospect to return to WWE before we hit a new calendar year.

4. Jimmy Uso

Jimmy Uso is a top candidate to return to WWE in 2024. With the Bloodline storyline hot as ever and Jimmy reportedly being fine, fans could very well see him return close to Survivor Series and possibly reuniting with Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline.

3. Alexa Bliss

There have been multiple teases by Alexa Bliss regarding her return to WWE. As the year 2024 is coming to a close, Bliss could emerge back in the landscape anytime now.

2. The Rock

It has been reported that The Rock is set to return to WWE in a month or two to possibly begin his feud with either Cody Rhodes or Roman Reigns. The Final Boss’ reemergence could skyrocket business like anything and build some intriguing storylines heading into the new year.

1. Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair has reportedly not been clear yet for in-ring action despite months of rehab and road to recovery. However, looking at her will and determination, it seems that The Queen will make it back in time before 2024 closes on the WWE Universe.
