Next week, on WWE NXT: Great American Bash, TNA Wrestling’s Joe Hendry will perform one of his famous in-ring concerts.

For those unaware, Hendry’s musical persona is more than simply his entrance or the “say his name and he appears” catchphrase; he also employs a gimmick similar to Elias’, including parody songs and guitar performances.

What will Joe Hendry do in his concert in WWE NXT: Great American Bash?

We don’t yet know what the subject matter will be, but given his current feud with Gallus, who was upset at this news, it’s very likely Hendry will be focusing on targeting Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang, as their Scottish squabble continues.

WWE has also revealed a revamped card for next week’s NXT Great American Bash night one. The following is scheduled for next week’s show, which airs live Tuesday night on SYFY:

• NXT Heritage Cup Match: Tony D’Angelo vs Tavion Heights
• WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Unholy Union vs Meta-Four
• Ethan Page & Oro Mensah contract signing for NXT Championship Match at night two.

We can expect Joe Hendry to perform his entrance song just to get interrupted by Gallus for sure. But, it would be interesting how WWE will try to build the TNA star in the above storyline. With WWE always trying to push their wrestlers, a face as big as Joe Hendry might come on top in this rivalry. Interestingly, WWE hasn’t signed Hendry yet but his charismatic stature might someday help him get a WWE contract for sure.

Upcoming plans WWE has for Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry’s next WWE plans have been revealed, following a segment on tonight’s NXT that showcased the TNA Wrestling standout. With the reunited Rascalz (NXT’s Wes Lee and TNA’s Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel) making an appearance tonight, another crossover appearance has been confirmed for next week.

NXT spent several minutes of tonight’s broadcast airing a film detailing not just Joe Hendry’s viral sensation status, but also his professional wrestling background. You may see the entire video below. The package announced that NXT was in for a huge surprise next week, as it kicked off the first of two special episodes broadcasting away from the USA Network.
