The 16-time WWE World Champion will partake in his final Mania event on April 20!
The 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena has decided to hang up his wrestling boots after a long and illustrious career filled with multiple accolades, jaw-dropping moments, and records that are almost impossible to break.
However, he has now decided to retire from pro wrestling at the end of 2025 and is set to wrestle in his final WrestleMania on April 20 in Las Vegas. Cena is looking to win the 17th World title and break the tie with Ric Flair, to cement himself as the only one with 17 World titles.
The Cenation Leader started his career with the WWE in the 2000s and despite early hurdles, he created a name for himself and soon began to feature prominently on WWE television, which then became main event spots and topping merchandise sales.
Cena was the face of the company during his prime and still despite a part-time role is one of the biggest stars in the promotion’s history. While he has multiple records and accolades to his name and we have looked at his WrestleMania record, here we will focus on his record in WrestleMania main event matches.
