The Cenation Leader is set to headline WrestleMania 41!
The 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena is set to battle the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 41 at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada, USA. The 41st edition is the final Mania of Cena’s career.
The Cenation Leader is set to hang up his wrestling boots at the end of 2025 and is currently aiming to win the title at the grandest stage and break the tie with Ric Flair to become the 17-time World Champion.
After failing to win the men’s Royal Rumble, Cena bounced back and won the men’s Elimination Chamber match to punch his ticket to Mania. However, he subsequently turned heel and ambushed the Champion Cody Rhodes, the heel turn has been dubbed as ‘one of the greatest in WWE‘s history’.
While Cena is famous for sharing photos and memes on his Instagram account, which are open to interpretation as he provides no context to the shared images. However, a recent image shared by the Cenation Leader has caused a frenzy online, especially among WWE fans in India.
Cena shared a photo of the Indian Cricket superstar Virat Kohli, who can be seen in the image doing the iconic “You can’t see me” pose, which has become synonymous with Cena. However, as usual, Cena didn’t provide any context for the photo of the former Indian captain.
This came after the popular IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) posted a video featuring their former captain, Kohli, mimicking Cena’s iconic “You Can’t See Me” gesture. The reel was accompanied by Cena’s official WWE entrance music.
It now seems that the 16-time World Champion has noticed the video, as it gained significant attention on social media. The post shared mere hours ago has caused a frenzy on social media, especially among WWE fans in India who are big fans of both Cena and Kohli and are happy about the unexpected exchange.
John Cena will retire at the end of 2025 to focus on his acting career
Since transitioning into Hollywood, John Cena made part-time appearances, however, after over two decades of the Cenation Leader has now decided to hang up his wrestling boots. During the Money in the Bank 2024 PLE, Cena announced that he would retire from pro wrestling at the end of 2025.
Cena returned during the Raw Netflix debut episode on January 6 and then competed in the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble and the 2025 men’s Elimination Chamber match. As mentioned, he is now set to battle Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE title at the Mania PLE.
