The Beast Incarnate once again attacked Cena during his return!

‘The Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar made his return during the final moments of Night 2 of SummerSlam 2025 and attacked John Cena, who suffered defeat at the hands of Cody Rhodes in the main event, losing the Undisputed WWE title.

However, this wasn’t the first time Lesnar had returned and attacked the 17-time WWE World Champion. The two stars have a long history of feud, and especially of Lesnar making his return and attacking Cena.

Brock Lesnar used the same approach during his returns in both 2012 and 2021, with the latter also taking place at SummerSlam.

Cena is currently on his retirement tour and is set to hang up his wrestling boots at the end of 2025, while Lesnar was absent from WWE programming since his loss to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023. It now seems like the two stars will revive their iconic feud one last time before Cena’s retirement.

Let us now take a look at the iconic feud between the two icons of professional wrestling, along with their head-to-head record in WWE.
