The debut episode will be hosted in California
WWE is all set to deliver on the historic debut episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix. The episode will mark the transition of the Red brand from traditional television to the streaming platform. Netflix is the new home of all WWE exclusive as well as archive content and matches.
The debut episode of the Red brand is set for January 6 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. The debut episode is a star-studded event with multiple top names in the promotion set to make an appearance. Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is set to make an appearance as is John Cena who will kick off his farewell tour.
WWE has booked a total of four matches for the show featuring some of the major stars in the company. With less than two days before the historic episode, here are Khel Now’s predictions for the WWE RAW’s Netflix debut.
Jey Uso vs Drew McIntyre
‘Main Event’ Jey Uso will clash with Drew McIntyre in a grudge match as Jey looks to stop the Scottish Warrior in his path of destroying every member of the OG Bloodline. If Jey fails to do so his brother Jimmy Uso will most likely be on McIntyre’s radar next.
McIntyre has recently decimated his first target from the OG Bloodline, Sami Zayn at Saturday Night’s Main Event and looks to continue the momentum on Monday. Similar to Zayn, Jey has also not been able to conquer the Scottish Warrior who has an undefeated streak of 5-0 against him.

Although Jey is not someone who gives up easily but McIntyre is a different beast, especially since his return. Reports also suggest that the WWE is planning to push McIntyre in 2025 and a win on the historic card will help him and the storyline propel further.
Predicted winner: Drew McIntyre
Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley – WWE Women’s World Championship
Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will collide with her biggest rival Rhea Ripley for the sixth time in their singles career. Ripley currently holds a lead of 3-2 against Morgan and if we take into account the recent win in the women’s WarGames match, the momentum seems to be on Ripley’s side.
However, the Judgment Day factor more specifically Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez might tip the scale in Morgan’s favor as she looks to finish the feud with Ripley. The recent rift in the Judgment Day and the presence of Damian Priest might deter them from interfering but we will have to wait till January 6 to find out.

Ripley might be herself enough to take care of Dirty Dom and Raquel along with Morgan as she has done on several occasions. The promotion might opt for Rhea to win the title setting up multiple new matches and storylines, especially with Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair’s expected return.
Predicted winner: Rhea Ripley
Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa- Tribal Combat match for the Ula Fala
‘The OTC’ Roman Reigns will lock horns with Solo Sikoa in a tribal combat match where the Ula Fala is on the line. The high-stakes match between the two would determine the future of the Bloodline as well as who the ‘real’ tribal chief is between the two.
This is the first time the two Titans are colliding in a singles match in the WWE. Sikoa wants not just to solidify himself as the real tribal chief but to force everyone’s hand in acknowledging him as the Tribal Chief.
The match is particularly important for Reigns who bounced back after devastatingly losing the Undisputed title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. The loss not only shattered the empire that Reings built but he also snubbed the Ula Fala by Sikoa who became the defacto ‘Tribal Chief’ in Reigns’ absence.
If the Bloodline tries to interfere in the match the OG Bloodline will likely show up to aid Reigns. The OTC should win the clash against Sikoa if he wants to reclaim his seat as the ‘Head of the Table’ and continue his journey back towards the title.
Predicted Winner: Roman Reigns
CM Punk vs Seth Rollins
‘The Second City Saint’ CM Punk and Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins will settle their score in the main event of the Raw debut show. The rivalry between Punk and Rollins is well known among the fandom as the two stars never shy away from expressing their disdain for each other.
However, when it comes to actual competition the Second City Saint holds the advantage not just with the wealth of experience he has but also because he has a win over the Visionary in their one and only singles clash.

While Rollins wants to eradicate a ‘cancer’ like Punk, the Second City Saint wants to teach Seth a lesson. Punk also would have to win the clash if he wants to start his journey towards the title and headline WrestleMania. The Second City Saint can pick up the mic after the victory and under the bright lights call out Gunther setting up a storyline with him which will ultimately lead to a title clash at the grandest stage.
It is also highly improbable that the promotion would opt for Rollins as continuing the feud might not align with Punk’s goal.
Predicted Winner: CM Punk
