Rhea Ripley & Liv Morgan have a long history as rivals in WWE!
Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley have a long-time rivalry and the storyline came a long way through when Morgan started her revenge tour to take everything from Ripley.
Liv took her World title, her on-screen boyfriend Dominik Mysterio and her faction Judgment Day. This resulted in Ripley & Damian Priest getting kicked out of the faction, by betrayal at SummerSlam 2024.
The betrayal resulted in a mixed tag team match between the team of Rhea & Damian vs Morgan & Dominik at Bash in Berlin, where Ripley pinned Liv to secure the win. After pinning the champ, Ripley appeared on the following week’s Raw and called for a rematch for the title saying that she was ready to face her anytime, anywhere resulting in a brawl.
On the September 09, 2024, episode of WWE Raw, WWE officially announced that Morgan will be defending her Women’s World Championship against Ripley in a singles match at the 2024 Bad Blood PLE, where Dominik Mysterio will be suspended in a shark cage above the ring. Ahead of their big match, here we take a look at the head-to-head record of Ripley vs Morgan in WWE!
Rhea Ripley vs Liv Morgan Matches
Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan had a total of four singles matches on WWE Television, and are all set for their fifth match at Bad Blood. In the four matches, both have two wins each.
On the May 09, 2022 episode of WWE Raw, they had their first singles match, where Ripley defeated Morgan to win the match (1-0). Later the same month, Morgan challenged Ripley for a singles rematch, where Liv defeated Morgan to secure the win (1-1). Although they crossed paths in a number of multi-starred matches, their next singles match happened on the March 03, 2024 episode of SmackDown, where Ripley defeated Liv again to stay on top (2-1).
Liv fell victim to Ripley’s assault and went on a long hiatus due to injury. As Liv returned, Rhea got injured and forfeited her title. During Ripley’s hiatus, Liv won the Women’s World Championship and looted her on-screen boyfriend and her stable, making it too personal with Rhea.
They had their fourth match at WWE SummerSlam 2024 with the Women’s Championship on the line, where Dom betrayed Ripley and helped Morgan win, equalling the head-to-head record (2-2).
