The 42nd edition will light up Las Vegas next week.
The wait for WWE fans is almost over as the biggest PLE, WrestleMania, is now mere days away. Similar to past editions, top names and major titles will be contested at the event. This year’s show also continues the recent tradition of celebrity involvement.
WrestleMania 42 will take place as a two-night event on April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The city will host the event two years in a row, as the venue and the city also hosted the 41st edition last year.
Unlike previous years, WWE has faced a lot of criticism largely due to poor build for matches and major celebrity involvement.
However, high ticket prices were the major issue for fans, and the issue also led to poor ticket sales, prompting WWE to cut ticket prices and offer discounts. The PLE returning to the same for a second consecutive year also affected the sales.
So what’s the latest? Have the discounts and increased celebrity involvement actually boosted ticket sales? Folks at WrestleTix have shared a major update on the current numbers, so let’s take a closer look at what’s going on.
