RAW October 5 episode guarantees MITB lead
WWE continues pushing stories for its upcoming PLE, Money in the Bank. Although the event in New Orleans found its 12 contestants (6 men and 6 women) for the ladder match, the night will have multiple title matches as well, and the October 5 RAW episode will provide those final contestants.
The WWE Monday Night RAW on October 5, 2026, will take place at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, and the following is the list of superstars expected to appear and participate in matches.
What’s in store for tonight’s WWE Raw?

Money in the Bank main event cards are locked, and fans can expect some more contest announcements following the Monday Night Raw October 5 edition.
One of those matchups will reveal the challenger for Stephanie Vaquer’s next opponent at Money in the Bank as Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch will face each other in the Women’s World Title #1 Contenders match.
Another singles match will have Fenix taking on Ethan Page. Fenix already announced that he will defend the AAA Cruiserweight Championship across WWE’s brands, and now Page will look to end the streak early.
Sol Ruca and Lola Vice will team up against Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez in a tag team match-up, with Vice and Ruca already showing their bond on the most recent RAW Episode.
Roman Reigns will also be in the building with much more on his plate already. OTC could address the escalating 946 vs. Bloodline rivalry on the October 5 episode of RAW. The feud reached a new level when Jaida Parker joined 946 and ran over Jacob Fatu with a car.
With Fatu potentially sidelined and Solo Sikoa previously targeted by 946, Reigns may address the threat and rally The Bloodline.
His appearance could also set the stage for a major confrontation, while he balances the situation with his upcoming World Heavyweight Championship defense against LA Knight at Money in the Bank.
The new match announced for the night is Penta and Je’Von Evans vs The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Austin Theory. The match adds further tension between the three Money in the Bank competitors, with Breakker, Penta and Evans all set to compete in Saturday’s ladder match. Breakker previously attacked both men after their victory over Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh.

- Rey Fenix vs Ethan Page
- Becky Lynch vs Liv Morgan – Women’s World Title #1 Contenders match (Winner faces Stephanie Vaquer for the World title at MITB)
- Sol Ruca & Lola Vice vs Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez – Tag Team match
- Penta & Je’Von Evans vs Bron Breakker & Austin Theory – non title tag team match
- Roman Reigns, Oba Femi, Seth Rollins, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, and Sol Ruca are listed as featured superstars
Returns expected on tonight’s WWE Raw

One of the biggest talking points right now in RAW is LA Knight’s challenge to Roman Reigns. While the Megastar put forward the challenge and backed it up with a strong message on the September 21 edition of RAW, many eyes are on Roman Reigns, who will have the final say before the actual match.
Apart from Reigns’ return, WWE has also advertised Seth Rollins as the featured star on the night. While Rollins recently signed a fresh ESPN deal outside WWE, he insisted that he has three years left on his contract with the Stamford-based promotion and has a much bigger role to play.
