The stipulation was introduced as part of the Bloodline storyline.

During the Bloodline era, WWE introduced a new match stipulation dubbed the ‘Tribal Combat match.’ While there have been some changes to the rules of the match, the match operates under no-disqualification and no-countout rules.

A superstar can only secure a victory via pinfall or submission. The promotion has also previously established that Tribal Combat matches require approval from the elder members of The Bloodline before they can officially happen, which means the match up until now only involved members of the Bloodline.

Another rule of the match is that the winner gets the right to lead the Anoa’i family, with the winner earning the honor of wearing the ula fala as the recognized head of the family table, ‘The Tribal Chief.’

With the rules explained, let us now take a look at the list of every Tribal Combat match held in the promotion, including the match results, winners, dates, and more.
