List of all WWE Superstars released so far in 2024

WWE has been keen on hiring and firing talents and has made a lot of changes inside the company. In 2023, we witnessed many wrestlers being released as free agents and signed some of the hottest free-agent signings from rival promotions.

With just a week away from the WWE Draft, where the company will settle their talents in the roster, WWE reportedly released multiple talents from their contract including main roster and NXT talents. But there is one on the list who got fired, it is none other than Odyssey Jones.

Released WWE Superstars in 2024

WWE has released seven WWE Superstars from their current contracts in 2024. Here is the list of all the superstars released from the company.

• Jinder Mahal
• Xyon Quinn
• Xia Li
• Sanga
• Veer Mahaan
• Von Wagner
• Cameron Grimes
• Odyssey Jones

WWE Superstars such as Jinder Mahal, Indus Sher (Veer Mahan & Sanga), Xia Li and Xyon Quinn were released on April 19, 2024. Following that Von Wagner was released on April 22, 2024, and Cameron Grimes was released on April 23, 2024. Odyssey Jones was fired by WWE after allegations of domestic violence by him surfaced online.

Superstars who addressed their release

Jinder Mahal has officially announced his departure from the company on X saying, “I Quit, Maharaja out 💰”. He also updated his X/Twitter Bio saying “🔥 Free Agent – 90 Days”. Veer Mahan also announced his departure from the company saying, “When it comes to the honor and respect of Indians, sacrifice comes first. Good Bye WWE 🙏 Jai Jai Shri Ram 🙇‍♂️🚩” Sanga released a video on his social media smashing the company that the company is not giving opportunities for Indian talents, but only needs viewership.

Xia Li shared a long thank you message to her fans, officials, creatives and her friends for having a great run and believing in her for the opportunity.

Cameron Grimes was the last one to announce his departure from the company. He revealed it through an emotional video on his social media. He went on to say that he received a call from the company saying that he was released from the company.

Fightful Select confirmed Xyon Quinn & Von Wagner’s departure, however, there have not been any messages from them since then.

It is unknown whether the company would be releasing more superstars from their contract or not. In 2023, WWE released a total of 21 Superstars, is it the continuation of that? Comment your thoughts below.
