The six-man tag team match kicked off WrestleMania!
The six-man tag team match involving Logan Paul, Austin Theory, and IShowSpeed, who battled The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) and LA Knight, kicked off Night 1 of WrestleMania 42 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The match began after John Cena kicked off the show, welcoming fans to the show and recapping how chaotic and unpredictable the Road to WrestleMania 42 has been.
The Usos & LA Knight aid IShowSpeed
Speed accidentally sent Knight crashing into Logan, something for which Theory confronted him before Knight shoved him into Theory and delivered the BFT on Austin to capture the win. However, Logan didn’t take kindly to the loss and Speed’s failure in the match and attacked him.
Logan knocked down Speed with a right hand before clearing the announce desk, likely to slam Speed through it. Paul went up top, but an unlikely ally in the Usos came to Speed’s rescue, pulling Logan down from the ropes.
Even LA Knight joined in as Jimmy and Jey took down Logan with the 1D, before lining up Logan on the announce desk. Speed went up to deliver the IShowSplash, taking Logan through the announce desk. Speed then joined the Usos to YEET with the crowd to end the segment.
This was Speed’s second appearance in WWE, with the first being at the 2025 Royal Rumble. However, when it comes to traditional matches, this was his first ever. Speed is yet to register a win in the WWE.
