Nick Khan has officially secured his long-term future with WWE, as the company president signed a fresh agreement that will keep him in power through 2030.
According to details first reported by PWInsider, Khan finalized the new contract on May 4. The deal ensures that one of the most influential figures in modern WWE will remain a central part of the company during the ongoing TKO Group Holdings era.
The agreement also sheds light on Khan’s salary, bonus structure, and overall role moving forward, underlining just how valuable he has become to WWE’s business operations.
Nick Khan’s WWE contract details revealed
The report states that either WWE/TKO or Khan can terminate the agreement at any time. However, if Khan chooses to leave the company, he must provide at least 60 days’ written notice.
The contract also confirms that Khan will continue operating out of Los Angeles, where he currently resides, maintaining the same base of operations he has used since joining WWE in 2020.
Financially, the deal is substantial. Khan will reportedly earn a base salary of $2 million annually through the end of 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, that number increases to $3 million per year through 2030.
The salary will be paid biweekly and remains subject to merit-based increases approved by TKO leadership and the board of directors.
Massive bonus structure tied to company performance
In addition to his salary, Khan is eligible for annual incentive bonuses tied to performance metrics and company goals.
For 2026, his target annual bonus is set at 150% of his base salary, equating to roughly $3 million. From 2027 through 2030, the target rises to 200% of his salary, potentially earning him $6 million annually in bonuses.
The filing notes that these bonuses may be tied to EBITDA targets and other internal metrics determined by TKO leadership.
To receive those bonuses, Khan must remain employed and in good standing with the company at the time of payout unless otherwise specified in the contract.
