The wait is nearly over for WWE fans as SummerSlam weekend has arrived. The 39th edition of the Premium Live Event unfolds across two nights, Saturday, August 1, and Sunday, August 2, 2026, at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Night 1 alone is stacked with two marquee title matches and a stipulation bout years in the making.
CM Punk defends the Undisputed WWE title against Cody Rhodes, while Liv Morgan puts the Women’s World title on the line against Iyo Sky.
The rivalry between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi also reaches its conclusion inside Hell in a Cell, and Nick Aldis steps into the ring for his in-ring debut against Gunther.

Match card order for SummerSlam 2026 Night 1, with Liv Morgan vs IYO SKY kicking off the show. The action will continue with The Bloodline taking on Royce Keys, LA Knight and Solo Sikoa in a blockbuster six-man tag team match, followed by GUNTHER defending against Nick Aldis.
The women’s division will then take center stage as Fatal Influence battle The Bella Twins and Paige, before the co-main event CM Punk and Cody Rhodes renew their rivalry in one of the night’s most anticipated bouts. The main event will see Brock Lesnar square off against Oba Femi inside a Hell in a Cell, closing out Night 1 of what promises to be an action-packed SummerSlam.
