These matches are already announced for the PLE in Paris!
WWE Clash in Paris 2025 is shaping up to be one of the biggest international premium live events of the year. Scheduled for Sunday, August 31, at the Paris La Défense Arena in France, the card already boasts several blockbuster bouts.
Seth Rollins will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight, CM Punk, and Jey Uso in a Fatal Four-Way Match, while John Cena collides with Logan Paul in a marquee showdown.
Sheamus is also set to face Rusev in a Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook Match, and Roman Reigns will battle Bronson Reed. But with a stadium-sized crowd and a global audience tuning in, WWE creative is expected to stack the show even further. Here are three more exciting matches that could be confirmed soon.
3. Dominik Mysterio vs AJ Styles

Dominik Mysterio escaped with his Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam thanks to underhanded tactics, but AJ Styles isn’t done chasing the gold. The Phenomenal One confronted Dom the following night, vowing, “As long as you hold that title, I’m coming for it.”
Styles later cost Mysterio the AAA Mega Championship at Triplemania XXXIII, intensifying their feud. A rematch on European soil at Clash in Paris could deliver the decisive chapter fans are waiting for.

2. Solo Sikoa vs Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn has been quietly gaining ground against Solo Sikoa in recent weeks. He defeated the United States Champion in singles action and then pinned him again in a six-man tag alongside Jacob Fatu and Jimmy Uso.
Sikoa’s grip on the U.S. Title looks weaker than ever, and a championship defense against Zayn in Paris would add even more star power to the card.
1. Cody Rhodes vs Drew McIntyre

The rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre has been heating up since SummerSlam 2025. After McIntyre and Logan Paul attacked John Cena on SmackDown, Rhodes ran down to even the odds, leading to a chaotic tag team match.
Things escalated quickly when The Maverick low-blowed Cena and brawled backstage, leaving Rhodes alone with The Scottish Warrior. McIntyre brutally put Cody through the announcer’s desk with a Claymore Kick, declaring he would stop at nothing to take the Undisputed WWE Championship.
Fans have been buzzing about a one-on-one showdown, and with Rhodes expected back on SmackDown this week, it’s only a matter of time before this clash is made official.
Will Cody Rhodes face Drew McIntyre at Clash in Paris?
Nothing is official yet, but after McIntyre’s brutal attack on Rhodes, the rivalry seems destined to culminate in Paris.
Is AJ Styles getting another Intercontinental Title shot?
Yes, Styles has made it clear he won’t stop chasing Dominik Mysterio until he takes the gold. A rematch is very likely.
Could Sami Zayn win the U.S. Title in Paris?
Zayn’s recent victories over Solo Sikoa make him a legitimate threat. Paris might be the stage where he claims the championship.
