All matches & segments announced for WWE SmackDown (March 14, 2025): Tag titles on the line & more

The 03/07 episode was the fallout show of the Blue brand from the Elimination Chamber PLE

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown served as the fallout show from the Elimination Chamber PLE and featured developments from the second PLE of 2025. The 07/03 episode of the Blue brand emanated from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

The show featured the developments that transpired at the PLE including John Cena’s heel turn, Jade Cargill and Randy Orton’s return along with multiple matches. LA Knight defeated Shinsuke Nakamura in the main event of the show to become the new United States Champion.

Meanwhile, Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green defeated Michin to retain the title, with the help of a new recruit to the secret service, Alba Fyre. Drew McIntyre ambushed Damian Priest during the arrivals and Priest retaliated by attacking McIntyre after his match against Jimmy Uso.

Furthermore, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) defeated Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Shelley) and Los Garzas (Angel & Berto) in a triple threat match to become the number one contender for the WWE Tag Team Championship.

During the 03/07 show, the Stamford-based promotion announced multiple matches and segments for the next week’s show. The 03/14 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will emanate live from the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona, Spain. This will be the first show in the promotion’s European tour.

As announced by General Manager Nick Aldis, WWE Tag Team Champions, DIY (Tomasso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) will defend their titles against Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins). After their backstage interaction, Charlotte Flair will now battle B-Fab in a singles match on the next week’s show.

Furthermore, Randy Orton will battle Carmelo Hayes in his first in-ring match since making his return at the Elimination Chamber PLE. The Miz is also set to host MIZ TV with special guest the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
