CM Punk & Seth Rollins are all set to face each other next week

After one of the finest RAW introductions in history, CM Punk and Seth Rollins will face off inside a steel cage on next week’s episode. Punk unleashed a scorching promo criticizing John Cena’s heel move to join with the Rock.

He then chastised Rollins for his fixation with ‘The Best in the World’, which contributed to his elimination from the Elimination Chamber match.

The two could not be separated, and RAW General Manager Adam Pearce nearly forced one of them to leave the stadium. Before the dust settled, Pearce scheduled Rollins and Punk for a Steel Cage Match on the next week’s event.

The second major clash between the two rivals might conclude in one of the following five ways. WWE applies various rules to each steel cage fights, thus it’s unclear whether escaping the cage will result in victory this time.

5. Roman Reigns interference leads to CM Punk winning

There is a significant likelihood that Roman Reigns may return to WWE next week. He did not appear during the Elimination Chamber, as Randy Orton and Jade Cargill returned after months away.

WrestleMania 41 is more than a month away, but he must return if he wants to appear in a significant program on The Show of Shows. His two main adversaries will be competing in a Steel Cage Match, so now is the moment to make a mark.

Punk may have removed Reigns and Rollins from the Rumble. Rollins, however, performed two Curb Stomps in frustration following the elimination. The Tribal Chief might return during RAW’s main event to hit a Spear to his former buddy. That would give Punk the victory and compel Rollins to flirt with crazy on his way to WrestleMania.

4. Seth Rollins wins pinning CM Punk

CM Punk defeated The Visionary in the main event of RAW’s launch on Netflix earlier this year. It was a clean contest, with both players giving their best. WWE has to keep people interested in the feud, so having Punk beat Rollins again would be similar to his battle with Cody Rhodes.

The Architect has recently put over a number of stars, including Punk, Drew McIntyre, Roman Reigns, and The Rock at WrestleMania 40. He needs a major win, and defeating Punk on next week’s RAW would set up an inevitable rubber battle.

3. Seth Rollins goes crazy

While Seth Rollins continues to dance in the ring and entertain the crowd, he has recently let his emotions to get the best of him. The first involved Curb Stomps on Reigns.

The second was trampling Punk instead of exiting the Elimination Chamber after he had been eliminated. If The Best in the World continues to deliver, Rollins may be pushed even further over the brink.

He might refuse to stop fighting his opponent or the referee. Steel Cage bouts do not often have rules, however if he assaults the referee, it may result in a halt or disqualification.

2. CM Punk wins pinning Seth Rollins

However, if Punk defeats Rollins, two matchups are conceivable. The first is that the long-rumored Triple Threat involving Reigns, Punk, and Rollins will take place. With little more on the line than bragging rights, a non-title fight featuring three of WWE’s greatest talents makes less sense. The second match, which should be a genuine battle, would feature Punk alongside Rhodes and Cena.

It may be interpreted as his favor because he did not tap out to Cena. After Cena’s submission caused The Best in the World to pass out, the referee called the contest. Punk would have had two cage bouts in two weeks, so cleanly pinning his opponent on RAW would be a solid point. Rollins and Reigns may then face off.

1. Roman Reigns returns to destroy both Seth Rollins & CM Punk

If Roman Reigns does not return to RAW next week (despite the fact that he is still a SmackDown star), he will have passed up two of his best chances to create a lasting impression. He’ll seek vengeance on both Rollins and Punk for the Rumble-related troubles. Even though the Rumble is a free-for-all, he was enraged that Punk had eliminated him, as if he wouldn’t do the same.

He didn’t want to link up with The Best in the World at WarGames, so complaining about it made no sense. The Tribal Chief might rush inside the cage or burst the door open, spearing both men to get his wrath. It might render both dead in the ring, resulting in a “No Contest” outcome. That result would build up a possible Triple Threat match at WrestleMania 41.
