Liv Morgan can face a former world champion at the show of shows

Liv Morgan had her best year as a professional wrestler in 2024. She was involved in a compelling storyline with Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley, which solidified her place as a main event star. She also won her second WWE Women’s World Championship after beating Becky Lynch at the King and Queen of the Ring premium live event.

She went on to hold the championship for a total of 226 days and defended it against the likes of Zelina Vega, Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley in fantastic wrestling matches. Fans were very excited about her potential feuds going into WrestleMania but ever since losing the title at the first Raw on Netflix, she has lost a bit of momentum.

She is currently holding the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship along with Raquel Rodriguez but her WrestleMania 41 match has not been made official yet. As we are less than a month away from the show of shows, here are the five possible matches for Liv Morgan at WWE WrestleMania 41.

5. Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio vs Finn Balor and a mystery partner

The Judgement Day is one of the most important factions of WWE in the last few years and their story is coming to its conclusion. The company has teased their break-up on many occasions and there is no better time to pull the trigger than the road to WrestleMania.

On the recent episode of Monday night Raw, Liv Morgan seemed unhappy at the prospect of Finn Balor getting the Intercontinental Title opportunity over Dominik Mysterio. This could lead to the implosion of the faction and a mixed tag team match at WrestleMania 41.

4. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross

Alexa Bliss made her much-awaited return to the ring back in January to a thunderous pop from the fans. Ever since then, WWE has dropped many hints about her joining the faction of “The Wyatt Six”.

She was eliminated from the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber by Liv Morgan. Considering Liv and Raquel Rodriguez are holding the WWE Women’s tag team titles right now, Alexa Bliss and team up with Nikki Cross to set up a title bout at WrestleMania 41.

3. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez vs Lyra Valkyria and Bayley

The storyline involving the judgment day, Bayley, and Lyra Valkyria has been going on for quite some time now. Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley last month to get a shot at Lyra’s Intercontinental championship.

However after Lyra Valkyria defended the title successfully, she was attacked by Liv Morgan and Bayley had to come out to make the save. Bayley will go up against Lyra on the next episode of Raw but there’s a possibility that it will be interrupted by Liv and Raquel setting up a tag team championship match at WrestleMania instead.

2. Liv Morgan vs Lyra Valkyria for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship

Another result of the ongoing feud between Judgement day, Bayley and Lyra Valkyria can be Liv getting a title match against Lyra at the show of shows. Lyra Valkyria has already taken down Raquel Rodriguez and is facing Bayley next week.

That makes Liv Morgan the only one involved to not get a title opportunity and WWE can easily set up this match as well. Fans wanted to see Liv Morgan involved in a very big program for WrestleMania after a fantastic year and her feuding for the Intercontinental championship can be the perfect match for her.

1. Liv Morgan vs Alexa Bliss

Liv Morgan and Alexa Bliss is a match that was being built up by WWE but the storyline was halted after Bliss’s sudden disappearance from the show. As she was eliminated by Liv Morgan from both Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, fans thought that them facing off at WrestleMania was the direction WWE was going with.

We are three weeks away from the show and this storyline can be restarted easily with Alexa Bliss making her return to WWE TV and attacking Liv Morgan. Both women are two of the biggest names on the roaster and them having a match at WrestleMania is something that will create a lot of buzz among the fans.
