Possible reason why CM Punk isn't working WWE Crown Jewel 2024 PLE

CM Punk previously commented on his disregard towards WWE Crown Jewel PLE
Reports suggest that CM Punk has a grudge against WWE’s long-standing agreement with the Saudi sports authorities, and the top star will reportedly not appear in the country’s upcoming PLE, Crown Jewel 2024.
The battered “Second City Saint” returned on the most recent edition of Monday Night Raw to provide an update on his career now that his rivalry with Drew McIntyre has ended.
CM Punk made headlines when he replied to comments made by The Miz on WWE Backstage by urging him to “go suck a blood money covered d**k in Saudi Arabia you f**k*ng dork” in a now-deleted tweet.
Understandably, this message sparked quite a reaction on social media, so much so that Punk appeared to understand he’d gone too far and removed the tweet shortly after.
CM Punk confirmed he will be going on a hiatus
In a promo, Punk appeared to be returning home after five weeks to see his wife, which turned out to be an approaching break and WWE’s strategy of writing him out of the current Raw narrative.
According to what Fightful Select has to give, CM Punk is unlikely to return on Monday Night anytime soon, and so he will not be seen at Crown Jewel 2024.
There was no more information on his time off. The Second City Saint began things off on the most recent edition of Raw, following his victory over Drew McIntyre inside the Hell in a Cell structure, which allowed him to win the rivalry 2-1.
However, Punk’s remarks on WWE RAW revealed that he wasn’t the same person: “It hurts to smile, but I had to come here and see you. I’m alive, but it doesn’t feel like it. I’m a winner, but it doesn’t feel like I won.”
By walking away from the scene, the former WWE Champion hinted about missing Crown Jewel, which is scheduled for next month. A brief altercation with Seth Rollins hinted at what he should expect upon his return. The next WWE premium live event, the 2024 Crown Jewel edition, will be held on Saturday, November 2 in Riyadh’s Mohammed Abdo Arena.
