The upcoming PLE could witness major upsets, returns & more

WWE Survivor Series 2024 will be broadcasted live on Saturday night from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. There are currently five matches confirmed for the premium live event.

Gunther will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Damian Priest at Survivor Series. LA Knight is expected to defend his United States Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura, while Bron Breakker will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Ludwig Kaiser and Sheamus in a Triple Threat match. The Men’s and Women’s WarGames matches will also take place at WWE Survivor Series.

So, here are four things that can be potential endings to the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024.

4. Damien Priest defeats Gunther

WWE could make the World Heavyweight Championship match the main event of Survivor Series and fans are buzzing with excitement. Damian Priest is set to face off against Gunther for the title, bringing plenty of fire to the battle.

On Monday’s episode of RAW, Priest made a bold statement, delivering a Razor’s Edge that sent Gunther crashing through the announce table. Standing tall over the fallen Ring General, Priest held the World Heavyweight Championship high, making it clear he’s coming for the gold.

Their rivalry goes back to SummerSlam, where Priest lost the championship to Gunther after Finn Balor’s interference. Now, Priest has the chance to settle the score and reclaim the title, setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown at Survivor Series.

3. Another Paul Heyman guy could return at WWE Survivor Series 2024

Brock Lesnar has been off WWE TV since his loss to Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023. After the match, The Beast Incarnate shook hands with The American Nightmare, marking a rare moment of respect and hasn’t been seen in the ring since.

However, there’s buzz that Lesnar could make a surprise return at Survivor Series. Paul Heyman, who was once Lesnar’s advocate, might have reached out to him ahead of the big event. Fans are speculating that The Beast could show up during the Men’s WarGames Match to help the OG Bloodline secure a victory. It would be a massive moment if Lesnar came back to wreak havoc in his signature style.

2. Bianca Belair turns hell

Jade Cargill faced a vicious attack on WWE SmackDown last Friday from an unknown assailant. The brutal ambush left the Women’s Tag Team Champion unable to compete in the upcoming WarGames Match. As a result, Bayley has stepped in to take her place and Jade has also been pulled from the Women’s United States Championship tournament.

There’s growing speculation that Bianca Belair might be revealed as the mystery attacker during Survivor Series. If so, she could shock everyone by turning against her own team in the Women’s WarGames Match. This betrayal could give Liv Morgan’s team the upper hand and pave the way for a heated rivalry between Bianca and Rhea Ripley after the event. It would be a game-changing twist for The EST and WWE’s women’s division.

1. Paul Heyman turns on Roman Reigns

On the November 15 episode of SmackDown, Roman Reigns tried to get in touch with Paul Heyman, but the Wiseman’s phone was mysteriously out of service. Later that night, Heyman surprised everyone by announcing CM Punk as the final member of the OG Bloodline for the Men’s WarGames Match at Survivor Series.

Some fans are speculating that Heyman might secretly hold a grudge against Reigns for not reaching out to him earlier this year when Solo Sikoa’s version of The Bloodline attacked him on SmackDown. During his absence from WWE, Heyman may have shifted his loyalty to Sikoa and could now view the younger star as his Tribal Chief, potentially leaving Roman behind for good.
