Tonight’s episode of Raw will feature a World Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders match!

Tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw is set to air live from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, USA. The show will continue the build towards SummerSlam, with multiple matches and segments tonight.

Roman Reigns is set to address his former Wiseman, Paul Heyman, while CM Punk will make an appearance ahead of his title clash against Gunther. Sami Zayn is ready to battle Karrion Kross in a rematch. Sheamus and Rusev are also set to lock horns in a rematch.

A triple-threat tag team match to decide the number one contender for the World Tag titles is also announced for the show. Let us now take a look at the top four potential spoilers that might be in store for WWE fans.

4. The Creed Brothers win

The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) are set to compete in a No. 1 Contender’s Match, with the winners earning a future title opportunity. They will face off against The Creed Brothers (Brutus & Julius Creed) and the LWO in a high-stakes triple-threat tag team match.

The Creed Brothers have suffered betrayal at the hands of the New Day during the latter’s title reign, as despite their help, the New Day refused to give them title shots.

Julius and Brutus are also determined to capture gold in the absence of their leader, Chad Gable, and they will likely emerge victorious tonight.

3. Karrion Kross pins Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn has been absent from WWE programming for two weeks after being ambushed by Karrion Kross backstage. Kross sent a stern warning on last week’s show via a promo.

Zayn is now set to return to battle Zayn in a rematch this week. While Zayn has likely recovered from the injuries, he will likely not be at 100%, which could help Kross pin Zayn and register a win.

This outcome will also further the storyline between the two, especially since Kross would get more bragging rights.

2. Gunther strikes

CM Punk triumphed in the gauntlet match last week to secure a title match against Gunther at SummerSlam. While Punk is looking to recapture the World title after over a decade, there is some bad blood between the two under the surface.

During the June 30 episode, when Punk went on to confront Seth Rollins for costing him the title match at Night of Champions, Gunther tried to interfere but Punk was in no mood as he soved him off.

The Champion might decide to retaliate for the humiliation tonight, sending a stern message ahead of the title clash.

1. Paul Heyman retaliates

During the final moments of last week’s Raw, Roman Reigns made his return to aid CM Punk and Jey Uso. The two were being battered by Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker.

This was Reigns’ first appearance since Raw after WrestleMania 41, where he was attacked by Breakker while trying to confront Paul Heyman for the betrayal and subsequent alliance with Seth Rollins.

While Reigns got the better of the two in the surprise attack last week, Heyman is likely planning to retaliate, and he will likely do so with a master plan, attacking the OTC during his segment tonight.
