Tonight’s episode will feature multiple top stars
The stage has been set for the second and final PLE, Elimination Chamber with the stars already in Toronto for the 02/28 go-home episode of Friday Night SmackDown, the excitement among fans is at an all-time high.
The 02/28 episode of WWE SmackDown is set to emanate from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The show will feature a title clash along with multiple appearances from top stars including Trish Stratus, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and more.
Here are our top four predictions for tonight’s show in the Scotiabank Arena as the Stamford-based promotion prepares for the upcoming Elimination Chamber PLE.
4. Solo Sikoa demands an apology
During the last week’s show, Solo Sikoa teamed up with Jacob Fatu to battle Braun Strowman and Damian Priest in a tag team match. However, Fatu and Sikoa lost after Fatu accidentally landed a superkick, taking out Solo.
The rift between the two former members has already been growing, and Solo, who used to rule with an iron fist with Fatu by his side, seems unsure of himself. Solo will likely demand an apology for the unintentional attack, deeming it a calculated move from Fatu who might be settling scores with Sikoa for accidentally taking out Tama Tonga on the 02/14 episode of SmackDown.

3. Drew McIntyre confronts Cody Rhodes
‘The Scottish Psychopath’ Drew McIntyre is all set to enter the men’s Chamber match on Saturday. There are already rumblings of him winning the match. McIntyre will likely make an appearance on the show to cut a promo ahead of the PLE.
Drew will likely either interrupt Cody Rhodes‘ segment or cut a promo challenging the Undisputed WWE Champion, building up hype for a potential clash at WrestleMania.
2. Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus retaliates
WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton was ambushed by Nia Jax and Candice LeRae during last week’s show where she was battling LeRae in a singles match. Trish Stratus tried to rescue the champion only to fall victim to the number’s game.
Stratton and Stratus are set to team up to take on Jax and LeRae this Saturday at the Elimination Chamber PLE. The two stars will likely retaliate tonight, teaching Jax and LeRae a lesson ahead of their clash on Saturday.
1. Jade Cargill returns
Jade Cargill has been absent from WWE programming since November 2024 after a backstage attack by an unknown assailant. The storyline picked up steam recently when Nick Aldis revealed an anonymous video of the night of the attack which showed Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez near the ambulance.
According to recent reports from WrestleVotes, Cargill’s return is imminent and she will likely make her return tonight in Toronto. After losing the Tag Title, it would be interesting to see how the storyline between Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Cargill develops and if Cargill reveals the mystery assailant’s name.
