WWE SmackDown this week could see some monumental returns and debuts.
The Stamford-based wrestling promotion, WWE, is set to present its second episode of SmackDown of 2026 in Germany. The action will go down in their major city, Berlin, with a marquee match card announced for the show.
To make the festivities even better, WWE could have some blockbuster returns or debuts at the event, which could drastically change the landscape of the business.
5. Lola Vice
Lola Vice has been perceived as one of the standout performers from WWE NXT. She has headlined major shows for the brand and competed in WWE’s partner promotion, AAA, on numerous occasions. This could lead to a call-up from NXT to SmackDown, aligning her on the same show as her real-life boyfriend and roster member, Damian Priest.

3. Michin
Michin was in line for a potential match against Jade Cargill for the WWE Women’s Championship. However, she injured her shoulder at an event right before SmackDown last week. Should the extent of her injury not be drastic, Michin could return to the blue brand this week and resume her feud with The Storm.
2. Oba Femi

Oba Femi has made significant waves as a top attraction from WWE NXT for a long time. On the January 6 episode of the show, he shockingly relinquished his NXT Championship, leaving it in the ring. This could mean a call-up to the main roster and could see Femi make his debut as a SmackDown superstar this week.
1. Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho’s highly rumored return to WWE on the January 5 episode of RAW did not materialize, leaving millions of fans disappointed. However, WWE could have planned a major swerve and instead have Y2J return as part of SmackDown at their first European show this week on the blue show.
Which NXT superstar is likely to be called up to the main roster?
Oba Femi, since he willingly vacated the NXT championship, which is indicative of a main roster call-up.
