This week’s episode of Raw will take place in Washington

Following the PLE last week, WWE is all set for its regular programming of Monday Night Raw. The 12/2 fallout episode from the PLE of the Red brand will be telecasted live from the Angel of the Winds Arena, Everett, Washington, U.S.A.

CM Punk will kick off the show in Everett, Washington, the show also includes the first match in the title tournament for the newly revealed WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Ahead of tonight’s show let us take a look at three potential returns that can happen on this week’s episode of the Red brand.

3. Charlotte Flair

‘The Queen’ Charlotte Flair has been out of action for the past eight months. The last time she was seen inside the ring was in December 2023, when she was competing against Asuka and tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus during the match.

The 14-time WWE Champion teased her return recently in a social media post ahead of the 11/22 episode of Friday Night SmackDown. However, Flair didn’t make her return to the Blue brand last week.

There’s a possibility that Charlotte Flair might make a return on this week’s episode of the Red brand. Flair’s return would disrupt the women’s division and make the title picture more interesting.

2. Drew McIntyre

‘The Scottish Psychopath’ Drew McIntyre has been absent from in-ring action since his last fight at Bad Blood 2024 in early October. McIntyre fought CM Punk and was involved with him in a gruesome feud which is considered one of the best feuds in all of pro wrestling this year.

According to recent reports from PWInsider, the Stamford-based promotion has started a creative discussion regarding the return of the former champion.

Since the return of Punk and his subsequent victory at Survivor Series PLE, there might be a possibility that the Scottish Psychopath might return to reignite his feud with the Second City Saint. CM Punk is scheduled to kick off the Monday Night show from the Angel of the Winds Arena.

McIntyre could also challenge Gunther for the Heavyweight title in his return to irk Punk who has stated his intentions of fighting for the title before he concludes his illustrious career.

1. Big E

In last week’s episode, WWE announced a celebration ceremony for New Day‘s 10th anniversary on next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

The faction has been dealing with infighting in the absence of Big E as Kingston and Woods have suffered from miscommunication during matches which has cost them multiple times. The former WWE Champion Big E is on a hiatus from in-ring action since March 2022, following a serious neck injury.

However, according to recent reports, the powerhouse of the faction is set to make his return and join the anniversary celebration this week.

Fans of The New Day are eagerly awaiting Big E‘s return, hoping it will not only mark a reunion of the beloved faction and but also help mend the recent rift between Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, allowing them to refocus on their ultimate goal of reclaiming the tag team titles.

Do you think that Big E will be able to bring the group together? Who do you think will Drew McIntyre face in his return? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments section.
